Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for a Work & Faith Matters event or Lifework Leadership cohort. Your registration helps us prepare materials, reserve venues, and create the best possible experience for every participant.

Deposits

All registration deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place in the program and are applied toward your total tuition.

Tuition Payments

Full tuition payment is due by the published payment deadline for your cohort unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration:

• More than 30 days before the program begins: Tuition payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be refunded upon written request.

• Within 30 days of the program start date: Refunds are generally not available, as expenses and participant commitments have already been finalized.

• After the program has begun: No refunds will be issued.

Transfer Policy

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, you may request to transfer your registration to a future Lifework Leadership cohort. Transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Approved transfers must typically be used within twelve (12) months of the original program date.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events occur. Requests involving serious illness, family emergencies, military deployment, or other significant circumstances may be considered individually at the sole discretion of Work & Faith Matters.

Program Changes

Work & Faith Matters reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, venues, or program content when necessary. If a program is canceled by Work & Faith Matters, participants will receive the option of a full refund or a transfer to a future cohort.
