    Dr. Bill Peel is the Founder of 24Seven Faith. He has worked as a custodian, house painter, construction worker, country and western disk jockey, and pastor. He has also served on university and seminary faculties and is an award-winning author/co-author of eight books (in multiple languages) and a leader in the global Faith-at-Work Movement. For almost 40 years, Bill has spent thousands of hours with ordinary workers, business leaders, and professionals to help them understand their world and formulate biblical solutions to their dilemmas for bringing faith to work around the world.

    Since 2011, Tom has led hundreds of Christian CEOs, Business Owners, and senior leaders in executive roundtables throughout North Texas as part of the C12 Forums organization. The purpose of C12 is to help members “build great businesses for a greater purpose.” That requires providing tangible business help in a small group format while stimulating business leaders to act on their unique opportunity to affect employees, customers, and their families for God’s purposes and glory.

  • Lifework Leadership is a faith-based leadership development experience that helps professionals discover how their work and faith intersect. Through teaching, discussion, and practical application, participants learn to lead with purpose and integrate biblical principles into every area of life.

  • The program is designed for business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, nonprofit leaders, ministry leaders, and professionals who desire to grow in both their leadership and their relationship with Christ.

  • Each gathering includes:

    • Insightful teaching from experienced Christian leaders

    • Practical leadership principles rooted in Scripture

    • Thought-provoking case studies and real-world applications

    • Interactive table discussions and peer learning

    • Networking with fellow executives and business professionals

    • Opportunities for personal, spiritual, and professional growth

    Sessions are hosted at premier venues throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, creating an environment that encourages meaningful conversation and lasting relationships.

  • Lifework Leadership meets over several months in a session format. Participants commit to attending each session to maximize learning, accountability, and relationship building.

  • While Scripture is foundational to every session, Lifework Leadership is more than a Bible study. It is a leadership development experience focused on applying biblical truth to business, leadership, family, and community.

  • No. While many participants serve in leadership roles, anyone who desires to grow in their faith, influence, and leadership can benefit from the program.

  • Topics include purpose and calling, servant leadership, integrity, decision-making, stewardship, influence, work-life integration, mentoring, and leading from a biblical worldview.

  • Sessions are held in person at designated host locations. Details for each session are provided during registration.

  • Lifework Leadership is designed as a journey, not simply a series of events. Each session builds on the previous one, creating momentum as relationships deepen and ideas are put into practice.

    For that reason, we encourage participants to attend every session in person whenever possible.
