John Dembeck
For more than twenty-five years, John has served in both executive leadership within the corporate world and ministry leadership. Those experiences revealed a simple truth: faith and work were never meant to exist in separate worlds.
Throughout his career, John has walked alongside leaders facing the pressures of business, leadership, family, and faith. Those experiences shaped the vision behind Work + Faith Matters, a ministry dedicated to helping Christian professionals integrate their faith into every aspect of their work.
John's teaching combines practical leadership principles with biblical truth, encouraging leaders to pursue excellence without sacrificing their values. His passion is helping people discover that their workplace is one of God's greatest opportunities for influence and ministry.
Today, John continues to coach leaders, speak to organizations, and build communities where faith is lived out with authenticity, wisdom, and purpose.
